Financiers and investors are invited to develop the project "Alte Schlossmühle" into an overall piece of art and to implement it together with artist Heinrich R. Hrdlicka.
Approx. 1,000 sqm of useful area with a building permit are available here by the Fischa with a wonderful view towards the castle chapel in the extended "community garden", the Pottendorf castle park.
The investment amounts to € 790,000 (property portioning) and the required project implementation capital is between 1.5 and 2 M Euro, depending on design.
The return on investment comprises the rent income or sales revenues from the developed project.
The "Alte Schlossmühle" graces the "reception area" of the park entrance. Here, the combination of relaxation area & infrastructure,
profession & relaxation, motion & rest,

The price indicated is a reference price that may roughly correspond to the possible future purchasing price. Since the price is defined by an offer submitted by the potential buyer, it may be above the reference price as well, based on demand. Acceptance can only be declared by the issuer by counter-signing the offer made!
