• Run day-to-day catering operations – sales, organization, coordination
o Work with clients and events from start to finish:
 original inquiry
 coordination and supervision of event
 post-event follow-up and billing
o Assist with managing and training/development of catering employees
o Control labour costs through effective scheduling
o Meet quality and service standards as well as those related to sanitation, health, and safety
o Assist with improving ease and clarity of customer experience
o Manage inventory for products and supplies related to the operation
o Oversee the planning and coordination of equipment lists, off-site kits, vehicle fleet schedules, and other areas that relate to and support the Catering unit

Anforderungen:



Arbeitserlaubnis: EU-Bürger bevorzugt (keine Zulassung notwendig)

Anforderungsprofil:

• Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, Management or Business or commensurate experience
• Five years’ progressive experience in a restaurant and/or catering environment
• At least two years in a supervisory or management position in catering or restaurants
• Experience working within a budget
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one is necessary (minimum Light Truck/Van)
• Must be a team player, self-starter, responsible, honest and diligent
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must demonstrate good judgment and be able to think quickly and clearly
• Excellent communication skills, thoroughness and attention to detail are essential
