Take Five Ltd. is looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee the Front of House operations of our restaurants. This is a permanent, full time position and will have a dual reporting line to the Managing Director and the General Manager.
This position will be responsible for the following duties:
• Work with Executive Management to develop objectives and plan for sales optimization
• Provide monthly reports on the restaurants’ performance, progress against targets, action plans and budgets
• Oversee the management of the day-to-day operations of our restaurants
• Manage a team of Assistant Restaurant Managers
• Responsible for staffing plans, recruiting, induction training, appraisals, motivation and standards of job performance for restaurant employees and assistant managers in conjunction with Human Resources
• Appraise and manage employee and assistant manager performance with an emphasis on the assistant managers’ autonomy and management skills, in conjunction with Human Resources
• Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages. Work closely with the Head Chefs of each restaurant
• Direct cleaning of dining areas to maintain sanitation standards and keep appropriate records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and liquor regulations
• Arrange maintenance and repair of equipment and other services

Anforderungen:



Arbeitserlaubnis: EU-Bürger bevorzugt (keine Zulassung notwendig)

Anforderungsprofil:

• A minimum of an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, Management, or Business or commensurate experience
• At least 10 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, at least half of which should be in fine dining restaurants in a position of responsibility
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a restaurant or multiple restaurants
• Proven record of strong leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication, reporting and organizational skills. Conflict resolution experience would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of various local, ethnic and international cuisines
• Detailed knowledge of food safety, health and sanitary procedures
• Proven experience in training, cost control, payroll and scheduling
• Positive attitude and good work ethic demonstrated in a high pressure environment
• Thoroughness and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong interest in the restaurant business
